If Tampa Bay is to have any shot at all winning this contest, they will need scoring from right wing Martin St. Louis and center Vincent Lecavalier, who are having a tough time scoring this season.

The duo has only 10 goals this season and failed to produce a point in the last two games. Lecavalier has played well at Boston, scoring nine goals and 11 assists in 20 contests, however, St. Louis has been held to three goals and five assists in 17 games.

Who is Rachel Uchitel? (with pictures)

This whole Tiger Woods car crash is getting blown out of proportion, which I’m not surprised of because Tiger being less-than-perfect would cause the media vampires to go in to a blood thirsty frenzy. The reason that this whole fiasco is turning in to a debacle is because of the alleged affair he had with Rachel Uchitel. So who is this person exactly?

She’s apparently a night club manager who runs the top-end joints in New York City, or “Manhatten” as its referred to by the cool kids. She’s somewhere in her early thirties, and the reason she’s so suddenly famous is because everyone is climbing hand over fist to find out if she’s had an affair with the world’s greatest golfer. However, this isn’t her first run around the block…or the bases. Uchitel’s own mother claims that she dated Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez. Could Tiger be the next sorta-ethnic looking athlete on her hit list?

For her part, Uchitel has denied the incident saying that her and Woods only met a few times. In fact, she’s hired celebratory attorney, Gloria Allred, because she’s been “overwhelmed” by all the attention. Not that she dresses herself in a way that would suggest that she doesn’t mind all the attention or anything, but I can see her point. So what if she talked to another guy and her mother makes it look she’s more of an attention whore than anything else?

Uchitel first came in to the “spotlight” when the New York Post posted a picture of her in tears, holding a photo of her deceased husband who died during the tragedy of 9/11. And she’s also the mistress that nearly ruined David Boreanaz’s marriage. He’s the guy from “Bones” and “Angel”, in case you didn’t know.

Of course, tabloids like the National Enquirer are floating out “facts” that Rachel and Tiger liked to exchange in something called “text sex”, which is self explanatory by nature. Apparently, Rachel bragged to inner-circle friends that Tiger was going to get a divorce with wife Elin and that Tiger was “in love” with her. Excuse me if I don’t believe everything I read on the internet, or in well-founded reports by the diligent truth seekers at the National Enquirer.

Tiger has a $600+ million fortune at stake, along with endorsement deals and a pending public maelstrom from his fans.

Personally, I think Tiger is too calculated in each step to make such a dumb and glaring error. I also think he’s so emotionally dependant on having someone in his life that when his father passed away he latched on whole heartedly to his loving wife, Elin.

As I’ve written earlier this week, hold off on your judgment of Tiger before the actual truth has surfaced. After living as a near-perfect role model since he gained international stardom, he deserves the benefit of the doubt, especially considering that Uchitel seems like a succubus in the making.
